Description
The Fortinet FortiSwitch-348G-FPOE is a Layer 2/3 switch designed for FortiGate switch-controller environments. It provides 48 PoE access ports, consisting of 24 × 2.5 GE RJ45 ports and 24 × 1 GE RJ45 ports, along with 4 × 10 GE SFP+ uplink ports. The switch also supports MACSec encryption and can deliver up to 1,560 W of PoE power across its access ports.

The switch delivers 248 Gbps of switching capacity and wire-speed Layer 2/3 performance of up to 369 Mpps, with latency below one microsecond. -
Redundant AC Power and PoE Load Sharing
Dual AC power inputs provide redundancy for the switch and its connected powered devices. The design also supports PoE load sharing to help maintain power availability across the network.
